The HTeaO outlet project involved the development of a retail beverage store specializing in a wide variety of premium iced teas and related refreshments. Designed for efficient customer service and optimal operational flow, the outlet caters to both walk-in and drive-thru customers, with a focus on energy-efficient building systems to support rapid deployment and sustainability.

eLogicTech Solutions (eLT) was responsible for design development and the preparation of construction documentation to support the swift execution of this fast-track retail project. Heat Load Calculations:
Performed detailed thermal load analysis considering occupant density, equipment heat gains, and external climate conditions in Texas. The results informed the HVAC system sizing to ensure year-round comfort and system efficiency.
HVAC Design and Equipment Selection:
Developed the complete HVAC layout, including ductwork routing and mechanical equipment placement. Equipment was selected based on performance, energy efficiency, and ease of maintenance, tailored to the compact footprint and specific operational demands of a beverage-focused outlet.
Plumbing & Public Health Engineering (PHE) Design and Sizing Calculations:
Designed the plumbing systems for both potable water and waste management, incorporating accurate sizing of water supply lines, drainage, and venting. Special attention was given to fixture counts, service connections, and compliance with local plumbing codes for retail beverage establishments.
