Project Scope and Description:
899 Valencia Street is a five-story mixed-use project which included 18 condominiums of area 1400 sq ft each and three ground floor retail spaces of area 9,600 sq ft each. This building also has a parking garage with 18 slots at the basement.
eLogicTech developed the structural details from the sketches received from the client.
Working on this eco-friendly green building construction project was a good learning experience for the eLogicTech team.
